Credits & Refund Policy

1. Prepaid compute credits

Purchased credits are account-bound units used only to pay for eligible Kaista Cloud API usage. They are not legal tender, a bank deposit, electronic money, or a transferable property right. Credits cannot be sold, transferred between accounts, or redeemed for cash.

2. Usage and deductions

Before accepting a model request, Kaista Cloud may reserve an estimated amount. After usage is reported, the actual customer price is deducted and any unused reserve is released. Requests may be rejected when available credit is insufficient.

3. Refunds

Purchases of prepaid credits are final and non-refundable except where required by law, where a duplicate or incorrect charge is confirmed, or where Kaista Cloud expressly approves a correction. Model requests already accepted or processed are not refundable merely because output was unexpected, incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable.

Report billing errors within 30 days of the charge by emailing team@moncepts.com with the account email, transaction date, amount, and Stripe receipt or transaction identifier. Do not send full card details.

4. Expiry

Subject to applicable law, each purchased credit amount expires 12 months after its purchase date. Promotional credits may have a different clearly disclosed expiry date.

Where applicable law prohibits expiry—including where credits are treated as a prepaid purchase card that cannot legally expire—the affected purchased amount remains valid until used or otherwise lawfully resolved. Kaista Cloud will not apply an expiry term that is prohibited by law.

5. Account closure and suspension

Closing an account does not create a right to a cash refund. Credits may be forfeited when an account is terminated for fraud, chargeback abuse, illegal activity, or a material violation, except where prohibited by law. If Kaista Cloud permanently discontinues the paid service for reasons unrelated to your violation, it may provide continued access, replacement service, or a refund of eligible unused purchased credits.

6. Payments, taxes, and chargebacks

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize applicable charges, taxes, and currency conversion shown at checkout. Chargebacks filed without first reporting a correctable billing issue may result in account restriction while the dispute is reviewed.
