Cookie Policy

The limited browser storage Kaista Cloud uses today, why it is needed, and how choices will work if non-essential tracking is introduced.

Effective August 15, 2026Private Beta policy. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

1. Scope

This policy explains how Kaista Cloud uses cookies and similar browser storage on its website and account console. A cookie is a small value stored by a browser so an online service can remember a session or a choice.

2. Cookies currently in use

Kaista Cloud currently limits browser storage to account operation, security, and an explicit language choice.

  • Supabase authentication cookies maintain and refresh a signed-in session and support account security. Their names and duration can vary as tokens rotate; signing out removes or invalidates the active session.
  • The first-party kc_locale cookie remembers the language selected by the user for up to 12 months. It is created only when the language control is used.

3. No advertising or analytics cookies

As of the effective date, Kaista Cloud does not use advertising cookies, cross-site behavioural profiling, marketing pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. We do not describe or request consent for tracking that is not actually present.

4. Providers and international processing

Authentication cookies are associated with Supabase, our authentication and database service provider. Hosting and authentication infrastructure may process technical data in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Your choices

You can block or delete cookies using browser controls. Blocking authentication cookies may prevent sign-in or cause the console to lose its session. The language cookie is optional; deleting it returns the site to its default language until another language is selected.

6. Future non-essential technologies

If Kaista Cloud later introduces non-essential analytics, advertising, or similar tracking, those technologies will be disabled until the required choice is obtained. The site will provide controls to accept, reject, customise, and later change non-essential choices where applicable.

7. Changes and contact

We will update this policy when our browser-storage practices materially change. Questions may be sent to team@moncepts.com with “Cookies” in the subject line.
