Acceptable Use Policy

1. Lawful use

You may use Kaista Cloud only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these rules, the Terms of Service, and restrictions applicable to the selected model or infrastructure provider.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the service to create, facilitate, request, or distribute the following:

• Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, or grooming.
• Credible threats, instructions for violent wrongdoing, terrorism, or targeted harassment.
• Malware, credential theft, phishing, unauthorized surveillance, intrusion, denial-of-service activity, or evasion of security controls.
• Fraud, impersonation intended to deceive, spam, unlawful discrimination, or deceptive commercial practices.
• Content or activity that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, contractual, or other legal rights.
• Collection or processing of personal information without a lawful basis or required notice and consent.
• Attempts to discover, extract, publish, or misuse platform secrets, provider credentials, or another customer’s data.

3. High-impact decisions

Do not rely on model output as the sole basis for medical diagnosis, legal advice, credit, insurance, employment, housing, education admission, law enforcement, critical infrastructure, or other decisions that may materially affect a person. Appropriate qualified human review is required.

4. Platform integrity

You may not bypass quotas, rate limits, billing controls, access restrictions, or safety measures; probe systems without written authorization; create accounts to evade enforcement; publicly share API keys; or resell raw access through an unauthorized proxy.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant records, limit requests, suspend models or accounts, and report unlawful conduct where appropriate. Enforcement decisions consider severity, intent, history, impact, and the urgency of protecting users and systems.
